The Municipality of Sozopol is seeking a Chief Architect through a competitive procedure

The official job announcement is issued based on multiple regulatory documents, including the Civil Servant Act and special regulations, with specific Order #8-Z-615 from 17.06.2025 by the Mayor of Sozopol Municipality.

The main qualification requirements for the future chief architect include:

1. Educational requirements: • Master's degree in "Architecture" • Full design capability • Minimum 3 years of professional experience

2. Professional competencies: • Digital skills • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Internet • Knowledge of spatial planning • Communication skills • Result-oriented approach

The position involves extremely responsible activities related to comprehensive control over construction and spatial processes in the municipality. The main duties include:

• Issuing construction permits • Coordinating investment projects • Monitoring the implementation of spatial plans • Participation in expert councils • Preparation of administrative acts

The monthly salary ranges between 1077 BGN and 2200 BGN, with the final amount depending on the professional experience of the winning candidate.
