The metal barrier in Kosovets - officially documented by the municipal commission

The administrative body of the Pomorie Municipality announces important information about an infrastructure facility located in the urbanized territory of Kosovets village. An expert commission, appointed by the mayor on June 27, 2025, conducted an official review of a facility consisting of a metal mesh barrier with concrete poles.

Documentary verification was carried out through Official Report No. 01 dated June 30, 2025, drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Article 195, Paragraph 5 of the Territorial Development Act. Interested citizens can familiarize themselves with the full content of the report in administrative room No. 25 of the municipal building.

To protect their interests, individuals and legal entities have a seven-day period to submit official objections directly to the municipal leadership. The deadline is calculated from the moment of publication of this notice.
