A geyser erupted this afternoon at the intersection of Hristo Smirnenski Blvd. and Mir St. in Varna.
The high, powerful jet flooded the roadways and hampered traffic in the area.
The spectacular “geyser” is the result of a water main break, laid two years ago during the renovation of Hristo Smirnenski Blvd.
The press center of Varna Water and Sewerage indicated that it is the project contractor's responsibility to repair the damaged pipe, which is still under warranty.
