The Georgi Baev gallery-museum in Burgas will open to everyone with no ticket needed on Monday, 9 November. The day marks 102 years since the artist's birth.

The gallery is normally closed on that day, but this time it will welcome visitors from 9am to 6pm.

Visitors can hear an informative talk and play MIMU, an interactive game that introduces them to art and culture.

The gallery is named after Baev and looks after the cultural legacy he left.

Georgi Baev studied at the National Academy of Art under academician Iliya Petrov and professor Dechko Uzunov. After the political changes, he went into politics. In 1998 he received the title "Honorary Citizen of Burgas Municipality".
