Sozopol council has issued building permit No. 164 of 6 November 2026 for the homes in the Antea Resort complex in the Aklady area of Chernomorets, its urban planning and investment directorate (UTIPE) said.

The work is split into four stages. The site is plot X-340 (property 81178.8.340). Stage one covers ABV 1, ABV 2, ABV 3, ABV 4, ASH 1-2-3, ASH 4-5-6 and ASH 7-8-9. Stage two covers ABV 6, ABV 7, ABV 8, ABV 9, ASH 16-17-18, ASH 19-20-21 and ASH 22-23-24. Stage three is for ASR 1, ASR 2 and ASR 4, and stage four is for AGR 4.

The notice to interested parties is issued under Article 149(1), read with Article 149(2), point 3. Its incoming number is UT-2112-322 of 6 November 2026. Two decisions of the regional environment inspectorate (RIOSV) are attached: No. BS-1-3 of 18 November 2020 and No. BS-3-6 of 12 November 2024.
