European Night of Museums in Burgas: A Cultural Adventure on May 16th

Burgas Municipality and Municipal Enterprise "Tourism" invite residents and guests of the city to an exciting journey through history and culture. On the occasion of the European Night of Museums, some of the most attractive tourist sites will open their doors with free admission.

St. Anastasia Island – History Amidst the Sea

The island will welcome visitors with an exhibition dedicated to the patron saint of the monastery. Guests can view archaeological finds from the Southern Black Sea coast and silver treasures. The ships from the Marine Station will depart at 10:00, 13:00, and 17:00.

"Chengene Skele" Tourist Complex

Immerse yourself in the traditions of Burgas fishermen. The exhibitions in the "Tayfa", "Buruntia", and "Euxine Pontus" huts will be accessible for free throughout the day, with guided talks at 16:00, 17:00, and 18:00.

Aquae Calidae – New Archaeological Discoveries

For the first time, the latest findings from the excavations will be presented to the general public – rare coins, seals, and ancient objects made of metal and ceramics. The site remains open until 19:00, including the spa center.
