On October 7th at 19:00 in the NHK Cultural Center, an exciting story will come to life, presented by the Drama Theater "Geo Milev" from Stara Zagora. The performance "Cypress Oil" promises to touch the hearts of the audience, presenting a story that overflows with meaning and reflection. Behind the scenes, the inspiration lies in the text of Orlin Dyakov, whose pen successfully intertwines laughter and deep human truths, those that shape our essence and sustain us over the years.
The scenography and costumes are the work of Maria Gyukova, and the melodic accompaniment will be provided by the music of Plamen Mirchev – Mirona. The stage movement and plasticity are developed by Romina Slavova, and the director's baton is in the hands of Orlin Dyakov himself, the man who will bring this dramatic story to life before an audience.
Actors Elena Azalova, Hristofor Nedkov, Borislav Vezhenov, Krasimir Nenkov, Tony Toncheva and Simona Zhuliyana will present to the audience a story that reminds us of the importance of dreams, of the unextinguished hope for true love, which can appear everywhere, without caring about age, place, or the past.
The performance introduces us to the world of different characters: a policeman who once dreamed of dancing ballet; an accountant who secretly longed for the glory of the opera stages; a man who found love; a boy who became a merchant instead of a doctor; a woman who turned housekeeping into her calling... and of course, a girl running around, still looking for her path. All these images remind us that dreams should not fade, that the hope of fulfillment is alive for each of us.
Tickets for the performance can be purchased at the "Clock" box office and through the Grabo platform.
