On October 20th, from the early hours of ten in the morning, the Sea Garden will come alive. Next to the Expo Center "Flora", under the open sky, an event will take place on the occasion of World Osteoporosis Day. It will last until 12:30 and will be marked under the motto "Healthy Bones – Life with Movement, Bringing Joy Without a Doubt".

Burgas Municipality is behind the organization of this initiative, which promises an active and smiling day for all attendees. Participants from the Social Garden for Adults "Grizhovnik" will offer an open-air yoga session to all those who wish. Young volunteers will participate in the organization of friendly football matches. The atmosphere encourages participation – everyone, regardless of age or physical fitness, is welcome to become part of this special event.

The organizers promise free medical consultations. In addition, there will be useful information on prevention and healthy eating – key elements in the fight against osteoporosis. This will be a chance for visitors to get acquainted with the ways to maintain healthy bones.
