The Navy (VMS) has suspended the diving operation to survey the sunken fishing vessel near Cape Maslen Nos due to worsened hydrometeorological conditions. An additional diving team and a remotely operated underwater vehicle from Varna have been redeployed to the Naval Base “Burgas”. The attempt to resume the survey early this morning was unsuccessful due to unfavorable conditions. The continuation of the actions is expected after the weather improves, predicted after Monday. Yesterday, the sinking of the fishing boat at a depth of about 40 meters was confirmed. There were three people on board. The incident was reported on February 18th.
