The Municipal Administration informs taxpayers that preparatory activities are currently underway for the annual taxation with property tax, household waste fee and vehicle tax for 2026.

This is done through software products owned by the Ministry of Finance, which are serviced by “Information Services” AD and takes technological time.

The deadlines for the payment of these obligations, established in the Local Taxes and Fees Act, are as follows: by June 30th and by October 31st. Payment of the obligations for the entire year by April 30th entitles to a discount on the payment in the amount of 5%.

The accrual of obligations for the current year 2026 will be carried out in a timely manner, as in previous years. Upon completion of the process and providing the opportunity for payment, an announcement will be published on the official website of Burgas Municipality .

On the indicated website, through a personal PIN code, inquiries and payments can be made, also individuals will receive notifications of their obligations and the methods of payment on paper or at a specified email address.

At the moment, the municipal cash desks: Cash Hall on Alexandrovska Str. № 83; CIOG str. Alexandrovska №26; the cash desks of CAU “Vazrazhdane” complex “Meden Rudnik” near bl.26; CAU “Osvobozhdenie” complex “Slaveykov” near bl.49; CAU “Izgrev” complex “Zornitsa” bl.47; CAU “Zora” complex “Lazur”, str. “Perushtitsa” 67; CAU “Dolno Ezerovo”, are working, accepting payments for overdue obligations for past years, which can be made by the end of January in euros or leva, as well as by card through POS terminals.
