Pomorie is preparing to welcome hundreds of guests for the 16th edition of the Folk Dance Clubs Festival "Horo by the Pomorie Shore". Organized by the Chaika Dance Club and under the patronage of Mayor Ivan Aleksiev, the celebration will take place on June 21 and 22. Participation of nearly 800 dancers, representatives of 29 clubs from across the country, is expected.
Among the participants will be the Ensemble for Traditional Folklore at the "Prosveta 1929" Community Center from the village of Lyulyakovo, Ruen Municipality, led by Veneta Staneva. They will present dances and songs from their region.

The festival will begin on June 21 with a parade of the folk dances along the main pedestrian street of Pomorie, followed by general dances and a presentation of each of the clubs at the "St. St. Cyril and Methodius" Square. On June 22, a meeting of the leaders is planned, where they will share impressions and exchange valuable experience.
