The gun used to kill Plovdiv businessman Iliyan Filipov on 30 September has been found outside Plovdiv. The interior ministry and the prosecutor's office confirmed that it has been added to the case file as evidence.
In early October, interior minister Ivan Demerdzhiev said the weapon had not been found. Two days later, the ministry was working in the Maritsa river near the bridge by the Plovdiv fair.
