Waves have thrown an empty tanker container onto the shore at the northern end of Sinemorets, in the area known as "Korabite". It happened late last night. The regional administration in Burgas said the tank is empty and there is no risk of pollution.
The container ship Contship Jet sank off Varna on Wednesday, 28 October, and some of its cargo fell into the sea. Both containers that have washed up are thought to come from the ship.

The first container was found yesterday near Lozenets. It is still wedged in the rocks, and the navy and army are helping to organise the work around it.
The site at Sinemorets was secured at once, and Border Police are guarding it. Regional governor Diko Dikov said the tank is held firmly in place.
"At the moment, in these conditions, we can't do anything. We will wait for the sea to calm down," Dikov said. He added that even if divers entered the water, they would risk their health and lives.
The tank will be watched for another 2 or 3 days. When the sea calms, a small boat will tow it away, because it is empty.
