Start of the legal dispute

The Administrative Court in Varna has accepted for consideration the complaint of Eng. Krasimira Bozhkova, head of the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Agency (SGKK) in the seaside capital. The case was initiated following an order by the executive director of the ACKC for her temporary removal from office.

The measure was imposed until the conclusion of the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the head of the office.
