On October 11th, Burgas will host the premiere of the comedy "Code Yellow" at the NHK Cultural Center. The play, written by screenwriter and playwright Teodora Markova, is directed by Yana Titova.

The performance promises a memorable evening, led by four famous actresses. Ekaterina Lazarevska, Vesela Babinova, Anelia Lutsinova, and Anya Pencheva will take on the leading roles, immersing the audience in a world of complete chaos. The scenography and costumes are by Ognyana Serafimova.

Judging by the description, "Code Yellow" is a comedy in which whiskey flows freely, hidden truths surface, and the rain doesn't stop. The plot presents us with Niki (Ekaterina Lazarevska), a young architect on the verge of professional success, who finds herself entangled in complex relationships with her neighbor Emma (Vesela Babinova), her boss's wife Adriana (Anelia Lutsinova), and the cleaner Blagovesta (Anya Pencheva).

At the center of the events is a man, because of whom four radically different women, armed with a bottle of whiskey and a power washer, will embark on a night filled with comic situations. Subject to their feminist revolt, they will organize a fun-chaotic plan for revenge.

The question that arises is whether a women's revolution can happen without someone having to clean up afterwards?

Director Yana Titova, in her annotation, describes "Code Yellow" as a funny and awkward story about how even with the best intentions, the attempt to fight the system often ends in a paradoxical situation: four women cleaning! – "Because, as Blagovesta wisely notes, I feel a little sick of this revolution".

Yana Titova has an impressive portfolio, including the plays "Lisbon" and "Mom?", as well as the films "A Dose of Happiness" and "Diada". Her work can also be seen in the television series "Stolen Life", "Fathers", "The Lies in Us", "Sunny Beach" and others. The author of "Code Yellow" is Teodora Markova, creator and co-screenwriter of the Latvian series "Soviet Jeans", awarded with a number of international awards. She is also known for her work in the series "Undercover", "Glass House", "Father's Day", as well as in the films "Bubblegum" and "Letters from Antarctica".
