Burgas hosts the third eco-innovative camp for sustainable urban development
Expo Center "Flora" in Burgas once again hosted the third eco-innovative camp, part of the project "Reassessment of climate neutrality and the quality of the urban environment in European coastal cities". The event brought together dozens of students from 13 Burgas schools, who will work on a real case for the creation of an interactive exhibition space dedicated to sustainable living and adaptation to climate change.

The German High School in Burgas is reducing its carbon footprint through energy efficiency projects.
Students from the German High School in Burgas conducted a study on the carbon footprint of their school for 2024 and proposed measures to reduce emissions, including insulation of the building and construction of an urban greenhouse. The municipality has prepared an energy efficiency project for the high school, which is expected to lead to a significant reduction in the carbon footprint.
