Iliana Iotova leads the presidential vote in Burgas region with 35.96%, or 12,678 votes, according to interim figures from the Regional Election Commission in Burgas. The figures were issued at midnight, with 36.76% of the protocols counted.

Andrey Gyurov is second with 10,390 votes, or 29.47%.

Kostadin Kostadinov is third with 4,878 votes, or 13.84%.

Ivelin Mikhailov (4.17%), Radostin Vasilev (3.77%) and Ivan Hristanov (3.21%) are fourth, fifth and sixth.

Earlier on Sunday, 25 October, Regional Election Commission 02 in Burgas reported turnout of 22.32% in the region at 8pm. It was highest in Tsarevo and lowest in Aytos.

So far, 35,281 people have voted, and 99.93% of the votes are valid.
