Burgas Municipality informs taxpayers that payments for property tax, household waste fee, and vehicle tax for the current year 2026 are now being accepted.

The deadlines established in the Local Taxes and Fees Act for the payment of the indicated obligations are as follows: by June 30th and by October 31st. After the expiration of these deadlines, the accrual of legal interest begins. Payment of obligations for the entire year by April 30th entitles to a discount on the payment in the amount of 5%.

We remind you that, according to the normative framework, the obligations for the respective local tax are extinguished in the order of their occurrence, i.e., for the payment of current obligations, the previous tax periods must be duly extinguished.

To facilitate taxpayers, Burgas Municipality provides the possibility of payments in cash and through POS terminals in:

  • Cash hall at 83 Alexandrovska St.;
  • CIOG at 26 Alexandrovska St.;
  • Cash desks of CAU "Vazrazhdane" k-s "Meden Rudnik" next to bl.26;
  • CAU "Osvobozhdenie" k-s "Slaveykov" next to bl.49;
  • CAU "Izgrev" k-s "Zornitsa" bl.47;
  • CAU "Zora" k-s "Lazur", 67 Perushtitsa St.;
  • CAU "Dolno Ezerovo".

Payments can also be made at the cash desks of DSK Bank, "Eurobank Bulgaria", "United Bulgarian Bank" AD, "Bulgarian Posts", "Unicredit Bulbank" AD, "EasyPay", "iCard", "Transcard Financial Services" throughout the country.

Inquiries about obligations and payments via a virtual POS terminal can also be made on the official website of Burgas Municipality, with a QES, PIN from NAP or a PIN code, which can be obtained in person or by a person authorized with a written power of attorney at the MPDTR Directorate - 83 Alexandrovska St.
