Post offices start paying November pensions on Friday, 6 November, the National Social Security Institute (NOI) said. Pensioners with bank accounts will get their money in those accounts on 6 November 2026.
NOI announced the date on 30 October, saying payments would begin a day earlier than usual.
Where it began: November pensions will be paid from 6 November, a day earlier than usual
Post offices will pay until Friday, 20 November. Each office sets its own schedule.
The rules on pensions and insurance record were changed at the end of July, and the new rules also apply to November. If the 7th is not a working day, pensions and supplements are paid from the previous working day. If the 20th is not a working day, payments end on the previous working day.
NOI will also pay November jobless benefits on Monday, 16 November.
The institute updates the dates of all payments every month in the "Payment calendar" section of its website.
