Working visit of Minister Ivan Shishkov to the Burgas region

The Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, Ivan Shishkov, is on a working visit to the Burgas region today, the ministry's press center announced.

A key focus of the minister's program is the inspection of the long-awaited renovation of road III-906.

Inspection details

Starting at 11:00 a.m., Minister Shishkov will check the readiness to begin construction activities on the third-class road connecting Burgas with the Dyulino Pass. The inspection will take place in the center of the town of Kableshkovo, near the traffic light.

  • Inspection route: Laka – Kableshkovo – Orizare – Gyulyovtsa – Dyulino.
  • Expected results: Accelerating the procedures for the major renovation of the road section.

Meeting with local authorities

Following the on-site inspection, a working meeting will be held at 1:30 p.m. in the Regional Administration building in Burgas. At the meeting, the minister will discuss current regional issues with the mayors of the municipalities in the region.

Media briefing

Around 3:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m., Minister Ivan Shishkov will hold a briefing for media representatives, where he is expected to summarize the results of the visit and answer key questions regarding the infrastructure development of the region.
