GERB: It is irresponsible to turn a murder into a political dividing line

GERB has issued an official statement on Facebook, in which they describe the use of serious crimes for political purposes as irresponsible. The occasion is a statement by Prime Minister Rumen Radev regarding the case of the murder of Georgi Kuzev in Plovdiv.

Violence has no party affiliation, the party states.

GERB emphasizes that Rumen Radev is no longer a political commentator, but the Prime Minister, from whom society expects actions, not criticism of the opposition. The main highlights of their position are:
