To encourage the adoption of modern and highly effective methods in daily dermatological practice, the Bulgarian Association of Practical Dermatology is hosting its Summer School. The event, which brings together experts from across Bulgaria to share best medical practices, knowledge, and professional experience, is being held at the International Congress Center in Burgas.

The forum was officially opened by Assoc. Prof. Ivan Bogdanov, Chairman of the Association, and Mihail Nenov, Deputy Mayor of Burgas Municipality, whose portfolio includes education, healthcare, social activities, and youth policies. Assoc. Prof. Bogdanov expressed his satisfaction that the initiative is taking place in this seaside city, emphasizing the organization's commitment to supporting the professional development of specialists.

For his part, Mihail Nenov highlighted Burgas's role as a center for significant national and international events in the field of medicine. In his official welcome address, he commented on technological progress: "It is extremely exciting for us to see the biggest names in dermatology in Burgas, as well as so many young specialists. The event is focused on the practical aspects of dermatology. The program is packed with lectures, discussion panels, and hands-on sessions, during which established physicians examine current approaches to the diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of a variety of skin diseases.
