Burgas students triumph at the first beach volleyball tournament
Students from the Trade High School and the Goethe National English High School won the first places among the boys and girls at the debut student beach volleyball tournament held in Burgas. The mayor of Burgas who saved Jewish families during World War II
The mayor of Burgas, Dr. Dyanko Parvchev, opposed the deportation order for Jewish families during World War II. He managed to stop the deportation by contacting other mayors and influential people in Sofia. Today, a memorial plaque marks the place where this hero lived and worked, who was posthumously awarded the title of "Honorary Citizen of Burgas".
French Erasmus+ students get acquainted with innovative practices in Bulgarian schools

Night cleaning of the "Golemo Buchino" tunnel on the "Struma" motorway restricts traffic.
On June 2, for a few hours during the night, traffic will be restricted in the tube for Sofia of the "Golemo Buchino" tunnel on the "Struma" highway.
