A 14-year-old boy who left his home in Sofia is being sought.
The Sofia police are searching for 14-year-old Kaloyan Atanasov, who has left his home in the central part of Sofia this morning. The boy has light skin, short black hair, and brown eyes, and was last seen wearing black clothes, a hat, and a backpack heading towards Gorna Banya.
The government is accelerating investments in the infrastructure of Northern Bulgaria.
The Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, Ivan Ivanov, announced that municipalities will receive 200 million levs for the implementation of projects under the Investment Program. He urged local authorities to prioritize water supply and sewerage projects and the rehabilitation of the water supply network. Ivanov assured that the funds under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan for the energy renovation of multi-family residential buildings are guaranteed, and 2.5 billion levs are planned for this purpose under a new national program.

Emergency teams demonstrate coordinated actions in a simulated serious road accident
A serious road traffic accident involving several vehicles was simulated during a tactical exercise on the Trakia highway. Various services, including the police, fire department, emergency medical services, and air ambulance, responded quickly and effectively to rescue the casualties and restore traffic flow.

The project involves 9 partners from 5 countries and aims to transfer good practices from air traffic management to other sub-sectors, as well as to support the transnational exchange of experience between social partners.
The Bulgarian nature – a valuable source of medicinal plants, protected by law
Bulgaria is unique with its rich flora, including over 4300 species of higher plants, of which around 770 are medicinal. For the preservation of this valuable natural wealth, the country has a special Medicinal Plants Act, which regulates their sustainable use. Prohibited and permitted species for collection are determined annually, and local residents play an important role in monitoring and reporting violations.
The Municipality of Nesebar has launched a large-scale program for the replacement of old heating appliances.
The Municipality of Nesebar is starting the implementation of the project "Nesebar is for cleaner air", financed under the Environment Program 2021 - 2027. The goal is to replace 1768 polluting heating devices in 1352 households in the municipality by 2029, which will improve the air quality for over 27,000 residents.
The Trakia Motorway with traffic restrictions for mowing vegetation
On June 25, from 5 am to 1 pm, there will be changes in the organization of traffic on Trakia Motorway between km 69 and km 78 in the direction of Sofia. The restrictions are related to the need to mow vegetation in the central divider and on the roadsides of the motorway.

Burgas is expanding a key urban artery for better connectivity and development.
The Burgas Municipal Council approved the proposal of Mayor Dimitar Nikolov for the development of a Detailed Spatial Plan for the expansion of Odrin Street - an important transport link between the city center and the Dolno Ezerovo district. The project envisages the creation of a four-lane road with a bicycle lane and local lanes to improve the capacity and condition of the road surface in this section.
Burgas host of the first edition of Black Sea Game Summit - a two-day event uniting the gaming community
The Black Sea Game Summit, the first edition of this event, will be hosted in Burgas on June 27 and 28. This large-scale event will bring together video and board game creators, indie developers, artists, game designers, cosplay artists, streamers, musicians, game influencers, representatives of studios and publishers, as well as the Bulgarian gaming community. The event is organized by CreaTech Bulgaria in partnership with the Municipality of Burgas and includes a diverse program with lectures, exhibition zones, game demonstrations, a cosplay competition, a concert with video game music, and a board game area.
Burgas launches summer educational programs for children and students
The Municipality of Burgas is opening registrations for two popular summer programs - "Read me a story" for students who want to read to children in kindergartens, and "Together for Education" for students of pedagogy who can receive paid internships in the kindergartens. Registrations continue until June 30.
