The Director of the Regional Inspectorate of Environment and Water (RIEW) in Burgas has issued Decision No. BS-3-5/2026 regarding an investment proposal in the municipality of Pomorie. The document concerns the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) for the construction of a photovoltaic power plant on the lands of the village of Poroy.

The project covers land plots with identifiers 57790.4.75 and 57790.4.76 in the "Chernitsata" locality. The investment proposal also includes an amendment to the detailed spatial plan – a development plan for a "Photovoltaic power plant for the generation and storage of electricity." The project developer is the company "APACE" Ltd.

The Municipality of Pomorie informs interested parties that the full text of the decision has been published on the official website of RIEW-Burgas.
