The Ministry of Education and NALAG Join Forces for Technological Education

The Ministry of Education and Science and the National Association of Municipalities in the Republic of Bulgaria (NAMRB) are joining forces to stimulate technological and natural science education in the country. This important step heralds a new era in education, focused on key competencies that will prepare young people for the challenges of the future.

The Memorandum of Cooperation, a key tool for achieving this goal, was officially signed today. The ceremony was attended by the relevant Minister Krasimir Valchev and Daniel Panov, Chairman of the Management Board of NAMRB and Mayor of Veliko Tarnovo. The signing marks the beginning of close cooperation between two key institutions committed to improving the education system.

The signing of the document took place immediately after the discussion panel "Technological transformation of Bulgarian education: basic skills, talent development and professions of the future", part of the Annual Meeting of Local Authorities, held in Albena. The event, organized by NAMRB, was a platform for discussing important issues related to the future of education and its adaptation to the needs of a constantly changing world. The atmosphere in the hall was lively, with many participants actively engaged in the discussions.

The Minister of Education and Science Krasimir Valchev, addressing the participants in the discussion panel, stressed the importance of the upcoming investments. He announced that significant investments in the infrastructure of the network of schools in the country are forthcoming.
