Georgi Madzharov takes over "Progressive Bulgaria" in Burgas

By decision of the Executive Council of the "Progressive Bulgaria" party, Georgi Madzharov has been officially elected as the coordinator of the political force for the Burgas region. He consolidates his position after successfully leading the organization's activities during the last election campaign.

Who is Georgi Madzharov?

Madzharov is the current Deputy Regional Governor of the Burgas region and an established lawyer with 16 years of experience. His professional background includes:

  • Expertise in civil, administrative, and tax law;
  • Long-standing member of the Burgas Bar Association;
  • Former chairman of the Burgas Association of Legal Advisors;
  • Participation in the Governing Board of the National Union of Legal Advisors;
  • Successful cases before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
