The Municipality of Burgas wants three state-owned plots of land for key city projects.
The Municipality of Burgas will request from the Council of Ministers three land plots in order to implement important projects for the development of the city. Among them are the strengthening of a landslide along a bicycle lane, the construction of a sports complex, and a stadium.
The municipality of Burgas is taking control of the Mental Health Center after the transfer of ownership from the state.
The mayor of Burgas, Dimitar Nikolov, announced that the state has transferred the ownership of the "Prof. Dr. Ivan Temkov" Mental Health Center to the Municipality of Burgas. This gives the local administration the opportunity to invest in the modernization of the center and apply for funding under operational programs.
