Workers have started major repairs on three main streets in the village of Velika, where pavements will also be built, Tsarevo council says. The money comes from the State Fund Agriculture.

The projects were drawn up early in mayor Marin Kirov's term and were approved in 2024 and 2025.

Under the same programme, the stretch from Oasis to Lozenets will be repaired, along with a cycling and walking path on the same route. The whole street leading to Lozenets' main beach will also be redone.

Kirov said all three Lozenets projects will be finished before the summer season starts.

For the next funding period, the council plans to put the programme's money toward resurfacing roads in Ahtopol.
