Repair of the sewerage system closes a key section in the center of Sofia

Reform in rail transport: New model for awarding passenger services
Deputy Prime Minister Grozdan Karadjov presented to the trade union organizations a draft for determining the conditions and procedure for awarding public contracts for passenger transport by rail. It is planned to allocate two regions, in which candidates for regional operators will compete, as well as a separate region for candidates with proven experience in the sector. The duration of the contracts is proposed to be 12 years, with the locomotives, wagons and railcars acquired by the state after 2009 to be used proportionally by the operators.
Repair work on the Trakia Motorway will impose traffic restrictions on June 10.
