The Ministry of Economy is developing a National Industrial Strategy for Competitiveness and Green Transformation.
The Minister of Economy and Industry Petar Dilov announced that the Ministry is developing a National Industrial Strategy in cooperation with the European Commission and the business. The strategy will focus on modernization, zero-emission technologies, energy efficiency and digitalization, in order to increase the competitiveness of the Bulgarian industry and promote the green transformation.

Employees of the Sofia City Directorate of the Interior revealed the kidnapping of a 17-year-old boy, who was forcibly abducted from several men in front of an apartment building and held for ransom. The auto repair shop in Burgas was completely destroyed by a fire caused by a short circuit.
On June 18, a fire broke out in a car repair shop in the "Dolno Ezerovo" district of Burgas, leased by a 32-year-old man. The fire was extinguished by the fire brigade, but the repair shop and two repaired cars inside were completely burned down, along with numerous tools and jacks. The cause of the incident was a short circuit in the electrical panel.

Investigation of violations in a former Elderly Home in the village of Jagoda
The Regional Prosecutor's Office in Stara Zagora has initiated pre-trial proceedings for unlawful deprivation of liberty, infliction of bodily injuries, and failure to provide care at a former Nursing Home in the village of Jagoda. The investigation has revealed physical abuse, humiliating treatment, and the improper administration of medication towards the residents of the home, most of whom were bedridden and restricted in their freedom.
A criminally charged man from Pomorie was arrested for possession of drugs.
The police in Burgas have detained a 34-year-old man from Pomorie, with a criminal record and convicted of various crimes. During the search, 200 grams of marijuana were found, as well as other substances related to drug trafficking. A 54-year-old man from Pomorie, found at the address, was also detained.
