Experts from the Mountain Rescue Service (MRS) of the Bulgarian Red Cross (BRC) reported optimistic news for mountain tourism enthusiasts. According to the official information provided to the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency, the current climate conditions are extremely favorable for outdoor activities.

Temperature indicators in mountain ranges today will reach over 12 degrees Celsius, creating a comfortable environment for hiking. The meteorological forecast, developed by specialists from the National Institute of Meteorology and Hydrology (NIMH), predicts predominantly sunny weather.

In the afternoon hours, cumulus cloud development is expected, with a significant probability of short-term precipitation and thunderstorms existing only in certain areas of Southwestern Bulgaria. This detail is of exceptional importance for those planning mountain routes.

The Mountain Rescue Service emphasized that during the past 24 hours, no incidents or emergency situations with tourists have been recorded. This information further reinforces the impression of a high degree of safety in mountain areas.

The experts' recommendation is for tourists to be prepared with appropriate clothing and equipment, taking into account the variable afternoon meteorological conditions. Regardless of the good conditions, it is always advisable to monitor current weather information and follow the basic safety rules in the mountains.
