Burgas regional police (ODMVR) is extending opening hours at its Bulgarian Identity Documents offices because of the new presidential election on 1 November.
Offices that issue Bulgarian ID documents in Burgas will open for extra hours ahead of the new election for president and vice president on 1 November 2026, the regional police directorate (ODMVR) said.
People who need to apply for or collect an ID card will be able to do so outside normal hours.
The directorate's statement did not say on which days or at what times the offices will be open.
