Autumn sun and migration over Burgas
Sunday, 6 September, greets us with one of those perfect days that combine the summer temperature regime with the softness of early autumn. The sky over our coastline will be partly cloudy, allowing the sun's rays to warm us steadily throughout almost the entire day. This is a wonderful time to recharge before the new working week.
For nature lovers, today's forecast also brings special excitement. The Burgas lakes – Atanasovsko and Vaya – are key points along Via Pontica, the famous bird migration route. With the onset of autumn, large groups of waders and some of the rarer species pass through the area, making today's walk by the lakes not only pleasant but also scientifically interesting. Simply by observing the calm water surface, you can notice these seasonal guests.
