Weather Today: Variable Cloudiness, Rain in Places, Temperatures up to 22°C

General conditions: The maximum temperatures today will be between 9° and 14°, with around 9° expected in Sofia. In the southeastern regions, temperatures will reach up to 22°C.

Cloud cover and precipitation: There will be variable cloud cover, which will be more significant before noon over the northern regions, and in the afternoon over the southeastern parts, where rain will fall in places.

Wind: A moderate, in Eastern Bulgaria and north of the mountains – temporarily strong southern wind will continue to blow. In the Danube plain, the wind will turn from the west and will be light to moderate.

Black Sea coast: The cloud cover will be insignificant during the first half of the day, and will increase during the second. A moderate and strong south-southwest wind will blow. The maximum temperatures will be from 18° along the Northern Black Sea coast to 23° along the Southern. The sea water temperature is 15°-17°. The sea swell will be 2-3 Beaufort.

Mountains: The cloud cover will be variable, more often significant. There will be light rain showers, and above 2500 meters - snow. A strong south-southwest wind will continue to blow. The maximum temperature at an altitude of 1200 meters will be around 13°, at 2000 meters – around 6°.
