Among the award winners were the Deputy Mayor of Burgas, Mihail Nenov, and the Mayor of the village of Marinka, Ivan Agafonov, who received the "Friend of the School" Certificate. Teachers Zlatka Kalovska and Radostina Milkova were awarded the "Teacher with Light in the Heart" Certificate, and former principal Ruska Georgieva received the "Bright Trail" Certificate. Other awards were presented to teachers Antonina Mincheva, Yana Karazhekova, Nina Stefanova and Ana Zafirova, as well as students from grades 2 to 7.
During the celebration, performances were presented by the children's and youth dance troupe "Lakatniche", the art center "Exactly Time", the Preschool "Proletna Duga", the folklore formation of the Community Center "Saznanie - 1927", the literary and art club "Svetulki" and the pensioners' club "Detelina". The festive evening was honored by the Director of the Education Directorate of the Municipality of Burgas, Katya Misheva, the Mayor of the village of Marinka, Ivan Agafonov, directors of other schools and kindergartens, former teachers and students, parents and partners. Congratulatory addresses were received from the Mayor of Burgas, Dimitar Nikolov, the Director of the Regional Center for Support of the Inclusive Process - Burgas, Antoaneta Stoyanova, and the Director of the Vasil Levski High School in Malko Tarnovo, Donka Tsinova.
The management and the pedagogical team of the Hristo Botev Primary School expressed gratitude to the Municipality of Burgas and the Regional Education Inspectorate for the inspiration and support provided to the school.
