ViK Burgas management changed: Who are the new board members?

New management takes over at ViK EAD – Burgas

The Board of Directors of "Bulgarian Water Holding" EAD has decided to change the management of "Water Supply and Sewerage EAD" – Burgas. The purpose of these changes is to increase the efficiency of services for citizens and to optimize work processes.

"The Holding's management does not wish to tolerate actions that jeopardize the work of the water operator," the institution stated.

Who are the new members of the Board of Directors?

• Eng. Zlatina Dimitrova (Executive Director) – an expert with over 10 years of experience as Director of "Territorial Development" in Karnobat Municipality.
• Dimitar Atanasov (Chairman) – with experience in risk prevention.
• Nikolay Ivanov – an economist with over 30 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Yani Bulanov – an expert in European programs and waste management.
• Eng. Ginka Dobreva – a specialist in ecology, EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment), and protected areas.

The Holding declares its readiness to fully cooperate with the auditing authorities if necessary. The documents for registering the changes have already been submitted to the Registry Agency.
