The candidate for caretaker Prime Minister, Andrey Gyurov, presented the composition of the government to President Iliana Iotova. On February 12, the head of state appointed the deputy governor of the Bulgarian National Bank (BNB) as caretaker Prime Minister and tasked him with proposing the composition of the cabinet.
