The sea water temperature near Burgas will be around 25°–26°C, and the wind will be a moderate southeasterly, which will be felt more noticeably along the coast in the afternoon. The wind will be light to moderate, most often from the southeast, while the coast will benefit from the sea breeze. Sea water along the eastern coast will be around 25°–26°C, and the swell will remain around 1–2 Douglas scale. For swimming, the guide is a green flag.

Western Bulgaria

In Western Bulgaria, the day will be hotter and more unstable in the afternoon. Maximum temperatures will be between 37° and 42°, as cumulus and cumulonimbus clouds will develop in some areas with brief showers and thunderstorms.

The wind will be light to moderate, and in the afternoon, it will orient from the west-northwest and may temporarily strengthen during storm cells. There is no sea water, so no swimming assessment applies, but open areas will require caution due to the heat and storms.

In the mountains

In the mountainous regions on July 27, it will be mostly sunny in the morning hours, but in the afternoon, cumulus clouds will develop over the massifs in Western Bulgaria and it will rain and thunder in places.
