A large-scale fire broke out near Burgas in the early afternoon. The report of the incident was received at 1:15 p.m., the Burgas Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior announced.

The fire spread to reeds and dry grass near "Geo Beton," immediately after the "Keramika" plant. 17 firefighters have been dispatched to the scene, utilizing six fire engines.

Firefighting operations on the ground are being personally directed by the head of the Regional Directorate for Fire Safety and Protection of the Population in Burgas, Senior Commissioner Nikolay Nikolaev.
