A version of video recording in a gynecological office in Burgas is being investigated.

We remind you that a leak of footage on an adult website has already been detected from an office in Sofia. After being detained for 24 hours, Dr. Venelin Ivanov, who practices there, as well as his wife, were released on the grounds that there was no evidence he had published the recordings.

Meanwhile, the District Prosecutor's Office in Burgas has taken over the case of the illegal videos from beauty salons. So far, only the state prosecution at the regional level is working on the case. The Regional Health Inspectorate-Burgas and the Commission for Personal Data Protection have already been notified about the illegal recordings in places where clients are naked, and an inspection has also been started by the National Revenue Agency.

Today, the director of the Regional Health Inspectorate-Burgas has been instructed to provide all acts on the conditions and procedures for maintaining a public register of public-purpose facilities performing laser hair removal in Burgas.

The Commission for Personal Data Protection has also been instructed to provide the available acts issued to certify the administration of personal data from studios performing laser hair removal in the city. The interrogation of the injured persons continues today.
