On Saturday, the weather in Bulgaria will improve, while it will remain windy along the coast with brief scattered showers and sea swells of up to 4 degrees.

On July 26, the weather in Bulgaria will stabilize compared to the previous day, but it will remain windy and with variable cloudiness along the Black Sea coast. According to the NIMH forecast, sunny weather will prevail in many places, and in the eastern regions and over the mountains, brief rain showers are possible in the afternoon.

Burgas and region

In Burgas and the region, the day will be calmer and warmer. The air temperature will hover around 29° during the day and 15° in the morning, and the probability of precipitation will be low to moderate, with a higher chance of a short rain shower only in the afternoon in isolated areas.

The sea water temperature near Burgas will remain around 25°C, and the wind will be moderate, with possible brief intensifications from the north. The sea swell will be around 3 degrees, which means a good, but not completely calm sea. The preliminary safety assessment for swimming is a yellow flag due to the wind and variable coastal weather.

Sofia and region

In Sofia and its surroundings, July 26 will be a mostly sunny and warmer day. Maximum temperatures will reach around 29°, and morning values will be around 11°. Precipitation is unlikely, although brief afternoon cloudiness cannot be ruled out in some places.

The wind will be light to moderate, without significant gusts. Since the region has no sea water, no swimming flag applies, but the day will be suitable for walks and trips.

Eastern Bulgaria

In Eastern Bulgaria, it will be more dynamic, with an alternation of sunny hours and cumulus clouds. Temperatures will reach around 28°–31°, and the probability of brief showers will be higher in the afternoon, especially in the interior and coastal areas.

The wind will be moderate, temporarily strong in places from the northeast or north. The sea water temperature along the eastern coast will be around 24°–25°C, and the swell will remain moderate. For swimming, the guide is a yellow flag, as the sea is suitable, but the wind can cause inconvenience.

Western Bulgaria

In Western Bulgaria, the weather will be more stable and sunny. Expected maximum temperatures are between 29° and 32°, and morning temperatures will be cooler, around 11°–14°. Precipitation is unlikely, except for brief local showers in mountainous areas.

The wind will be light to moderate, without significant extremes. There is no sea water, so no swimming flag is applied, and the day will be suitable for outdoor activities.

In the mountains

In the mountain regions on July 26, better weather will prevail, but cloudiness will increase in the afternoon. Temperatures at 1200 meters will be around 16°, and at 2000 meters – around , with brief rain and thunderstorms possible in some places.

The wind will be moderate from the northern quarter, without strong extreme gusts, but with enough freshness on the peaks. There is no sea water, and for tourists, the day is suitable primarily for early hikes.

Black Sea coast

Along the Black Sea coast, the day will feature variable cloudiness and generally better weather compared to July 25. Maximum temperatures will be between 24° and 27°, and brief showers are possible in isolated places, mainly along the southern coast in the morning and more sparsely in the afternoon.

The sea water temperature will be around 24°–25°C, and the sea swell – around 3 degrees, up to 4 degrees along the southern coast. The wind will be moderate to temporarily strong from the north, so the preliminary safety assessment for swimming is a yellow flag – the sea remains warm, but not quite calm.

Абе, пак ли прогноза? Да видим дали тоя път ще е верно... Вятър пък! Нали уж ще се разчисти, ама да видиме. Значи, може и да си изкараме хубаво на морето, ама да не ни отнесе в Турция, а? Честно каза
