With a total of 11 questions, the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works, Ivan Shishkov, has the highest number of inquiries from members of parliament during today's parliamentary control session. The procedure itself in the National Assembly is scheduled to continue until every question addressed to cabinet members has been answered.

The session, which started precisely at 9:00 AM, is entirely dedicated to this activity. The change in the agenda was adopted yesterday following a proposal by Ivan Angelov, who is presiding over the meeting, with the argument that the legislative program planned for the week has already been fully exhausted.

During the parliamentary control, the following ministers are expected to be heard:

  • Dimitar Stoyanov
  • Plamen Abrovski
  • Ivan Shishkov
  • Iva Petrova
  • Georgi Peev
  • Evtim Miloshev

For his part, Ivan Angelov informed the assembly that a number of executive branch representatives will not be participating in today's session due to urgent commitments. The list of those absent includes Deputy Prime Minister Galab Donev, as well as ministers Katya Ivkova, Ilin Dimitrov, Velislava Petrova, and Georgi Valchev.
