Nemanja Vidic joins Stiliyan Petrov's cause
The "Stiliyan Petrov Foundation" has announced another big name that will take part in the charity "Match of Hope". On June 6th at 5:00 PM at the "Lazur" stadium in Burgas, the legendary Nemanja Vidic will step onto the pitch to support the cause helping cancer patients in Bulgaria.
"Nemanja Vidic is the embodiment of uncompromising play, iron character, and leadership on the pitch."
The career of a legend
The Serbian remains in history as one of the most dominant central defenders. As a long-time captain of Manchester United, he has 300 matches, 5 English Premier League titles, and a Champions League trophy from 2008 under his belt. During his career, he has also defended the colors of Red Star Belgrade, Spartak Moscow, and Inter.
