The folklore ensemble from Nessebar participated in the prestigious International Arts Festival "Mandarin Flower", held in the cities of Menderes and Ozdere, Turkey. Collectives from Bulgaria, Latvia, Turkey, Ukraine and Georgia took part in the forum. The young talents from Nessebar - musicians, singers and dancers - impressed the jury and the audience with their emotional performances, exquisite choreography, stylish music, beautiful voices and costumes. For their brilliant performance, they deservedly won the prestigious prize "For the best performance". H.E. Angel Cholakov, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Republic of Turkey, arrived specially for the event from Ankara. Mr. Cholakov sent greetings to all Bulgarians on the occasion of May 24 - the day when we celebrate the work of the Slavic enlighteners Cyril and Methodius, as well as Bulgarian education and culture.
The children's folklore group from OOSHI - Nessebar successfully conducted a tour within the framework of the International Arts Festival "Mandarin Flower" in Turkey. The young musicians, singers, and dancers impressed the jury and the audience, winning the prize for "Best Performance". The event was honored by the presence of H.E. Angel Cholakov, Ambassador of Bulgaria to Turkey.
