Doctors who want to train as specialists can now look for open places and apply online through a new portal, the Ministry of Innovation and Digital Transformation said.

Applications are fully electronic and need a qualified electronic signature.

On the platform, doctors can browse the listings, send in an application and follow its progress.

Applicants and training facilities communicate only through the portal. The ministry says this makes every step more transparent and easy to trace.

The portal was built by Information Services, a company within the ministry's system, in coordination with the Ministry of Health.
