The Budget and Finance Committee will discuss amendments to the budget extension law for 2026, submitted by the caretaker government. The amendments provide for funding for salary increases, including indexation and from the growth of the minimum wage, as well as an increase in social payments. It is also proposed that municipalities be able to make expenditures exceeding the previous year's, and that the government be able to conclude loan agreements and state guarantees.

The Budget and Finance Committee will review the bill for amendments to the extension law for the budget, submitted by the caretaker government.

The caretaker cabinet approved amendments to the Law on the Collection of Revenues and the Execution of Expenditures in 2026 until the adoption of the Law on the State Budget, the Law on the Budget of the NSSI and the Law on the Budget of the NHIF for 2026.

This will be the second extension law for the budget for 2026 due to the lack of an adopted regular annual budget. The current extension law is valid until March 31.

The deputies adopted a proposal for a one-time indexation of remuneration in the budgetary sphere.

The amendments allow the extension law to continue until the adoption of the regular state budget, ensuring continuity in the work of the state.

The bill provides for the financing of the increase in remuneration, indexation, the increase in the minimum wage and social payments.

Municipalities can make expenditures by taking into account normative acts that have entered into force.

The Council of Ministers may conclude a loan agreement with the European Commission for financial support.

Абе, Рамире, прав си напълно! И аз съм шокиран колко често се случва това. Все едно сме на виетнамски покер с държавния бюджет! Да речем, похвала за увеличението НА заплатите и социалните плащания - добре е за хората, разбира се – ама да не стане пак като минала

Абе хара, чета тази новина и пак ми става мъчно... Мъчно как стигнахме до "удължителeн закон" за бюджета. Все едно се опитваме да закърпим нещо с ластици, а не да градим стабилна основа. 🤔
