Citizens may submit a written application using the standard form (Annex No. 17-PVR) from the election booklets to the town hall, the municipal mayor, or the mayoral deputy, to correct omissions or errors in the electoral roll – the deadline is 7 days before election day (up to 17.10.2026 inclusive).

Persons who have been omitted from the list or whose grounds for deletion have lapsed may request to be entered into the electoral roll of the section corresponding to their permanent address. For this purpose, a standard application (Annex No. 18-PVR) from the election booklets must be submitted to the municipal mayor, the town hall, or the mayoral deputy, no later than the day before the election.

Voters who have been removed from the list of their permanent address section may request to be entered into the section for their permanent address if they are voting from abroad. This is done via a declaration-application using the standard form (Annex No. 19-PVR) from the election booklets to the municipal mayor, the town hall, or the mayoral deputy, prior to the submission of the electoral rolls to the SEC. The request can also be made via an electronic application with the same content through the respective municipality's website.

For persons included in the list of deleted persons (excluding those registered to vote abroad), the removal procedure requires a written application using the standard form (Annex No. 20-PVR) from the election booklets. Evidence certifying the person's right to vote must be attached to the documents. A similar request can also be made via an electronic application with the same content through the respective municipality's website until the electoral rolls are submitted to the SEC.

Voters with permanent disabilities who wish to use a mobile ballot box must submit a hand-signed application using the standard form (Annex No. 30-PVR) from the election booklets no later than 14 days before election day (up to 10.10.2026 inclusive). The application can be submitted through an authorized person, by mail, by fax, or as an electronic application via the municipality's website using either a permanent or current address (if a request was made under Art. 36 of the Election Code and the person is registered at their current address); no signature is required for the electronic form. If the disability occurred or was diagnosed after the 14-day deadline, voting with a mobile box may be possible if an application is submitted no later than 5 days (up to 19.10.2026 inclusive) before election day, provided that a mobile sectional election commission has been appointed in the respective locality.

Candidates for President and Vice President, members of the RIK and CEC, as well as observers, may obtain certificates for voting at another location. They must submit an application using the standard form (Annex No. 25-PVR) from the election booklets no later than 14 days before election day (up to 10.10.2026 inclusive), accompanied by a copy of the relevant certificate or appointment document issued by the CEC. Certificates are not issued to persons residing abroad, nor to persons who are already registered in the electoral roll at their current address.

Citizens whose permanent and current addresses are in different localities may request to be entered into the electoral roll at their current address. The "GRAO" Directorate performs an automated data verification immediately upon submission. The submission deadline is 14 days before election day (up to 10.10.2026 inclusive). Once registered at a current address, these voters cannot be issued a certificate for voting at another location.
