New information about HIV/AIDS in the "eHealth" app
On the occasion of the Day of Solidarity with those affected by HIV/AIDS, the Ministry of Health is introducing a specialized section in the "Health Library" of the "eHealth" mobile application. The goal is to provide access to verified information about the virus.
The motto of this year's Day of Solidarity is: "Don't say that! Words leave marks."
The section covers key topics such as:
- Ways the virus is transmitted (and myths about casual contact);
- Locations for free and anonymous testing;
- Modern methods of treatment and quality of life;
- Overcoming prejudices and social stigma.
National ANTI-AIDS campaign
This year, the campaign focuses on the language society uses. On May 17, regional health inspections in the country's 28 districts, together with the Bulgarian Red Cross, will hold awareness-raising initiatives. The face of the campaign is the performer Azis.

15.05.2026, 19:47ебаси, супер инициатива! честно казано, много съм доволен, че държавата се захваща да информира хората за тези теми. иначе все още има мнооого неразбиране и предразсъдъци, а е важно всички да знаят как стоят нещата и къде могат да си направят тест, безплатно и дискретно.
