Hot weekend with temperatures up to 36 degrees
Until the end of the week, the weather will remain mostly sunny and hot. Maximum temperatures will reach values between 31 and 36 degrees. On Saturday, the probability of precipitation is minimal, and on Sunday, short-term showers with thunderstorms are possible only in isolated places around the mountains.
On Monday, a change begins: the influx of cooler air will lead to intense rainfall and thunderstorms, especially in the eastern part of the country.
What to expect next week?
- Monday: Strengthening of the wind and risk of hail in Eastern Bulgaria.
- Tuesday and Wednesday: Unstable weather with showers and a gradual decrease in temperatures.
- End of the week: Cooling down again and frequent showers, with temperatures remaining below the seasonal average.
